The website https://www.letsplaymoney.com/ and web app https://app.letsplaymoney.com, collectively the (“Application”) is owned and operated by Play Money Studios, Inc. (“Play Money,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). The Application provides a platform that provides accredited investors the ability to learn about and invest in early-stage companies (the “Services”). Play Money does not meet the definition of a “business” under the California Consumer Privacy Act, and is not currently subject to the consumer privacy laws of Virginia, Connecticut, Utah, or Colorado. Play Money does not currently target its products or services to residents of Canada, the United Kingdom or the European Economic Area.
This Privacy Policy informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information when you use our Site and Services and the choices you have associated with that information.
We collect your information only when you provide it to us, and we collect only the minimum amount of information necessary. We do not sell or rent your information to third parties.

We collect Personal Information that you choose to provide to us when you register for an account, contact us to request information regarding our Services or when you otherwise use the Services. Personal Information will broadly describe all of the particular information that we collect as identified and described below.
User Information
When you sign up for an account on the Site, we will collect your legal name, email address, date of birth, and phone number. You will also create a password for future logins. You may also provide us with other information regarding your investment interests, reasons for angel investing, yearly investment budget, biographical information and identification of skills that may help target investment companies. You may also choose to provide or link to your social media accounts.
KYC Information
We will also collect information to comply with “Know Your Customer” laws (“KYC Information”), which may include your legal name, citizenship, birthdate, address, driver’s license number, photos, and social security number or other identification number.
Financial Information
We may also collect financial information as required for you use the Application and Services, including verifying your ability to participate in such investments under applicable law, such as an Accredited Investor (as that is defined under applicable law), including bank account information, financial objectives, transaction history, salary, investment documents, financial statements, assets, liabilities, investments, estate planning information, and ownership and control affiliations and relationships (“Financial Information”).
Usage Information
We also collect analytical information such as the investments that you make and the amounts, the information that you have accessed, content you have viewed, the time of your visit, pages visited, and time spent on each page of the webpages; referring site details; network location; and products you viewed, browser type, operating system, IP address, device information, and any comments you choose to submit to Play Money (“Usage Information”).
Payment Information
We, or our third-party payment processors or financial transaction service providers, may collect your bank account or credit-card information (“Payment Information”).
How We Use Your Information
We use your Personal Information to provide you the Services, and to receive and respond to your inquiries about products, services, or support. To address your questions, we may subsequently need to request additional information. We may use your User Information to contact you about products, services, or other investment opportunities through our Application that we believe may be of interest to you. We will use your User Information to register your account. We may use any and all of your Personal Information for the purposes of resolving any outstanding issues or disputes related to your use of the Application.
When you make an investment in a company, your User Information will be provided to the founder of the company so that the company can provide you information about the company, including investor updates or other relevant information.
When you use the Site and Services, we automatically collect and use Usage Information in order for us to track your movement on the Site to improve our layout and page arrangement; receive information on your browser type to ensure our Site remains compatible with the browsers used by our customers; improve your experience with our Services; and to promote our Services. We use your Usage Information in the aggregate to determine market trends and trends in customer behavior.
Information Sharing and Disclosure
We may share your Personal Information to provide a product or service you have requested.
We may share your Personal Information with service providers that perform tasks on our behalf related to our business, such as order fulfillment services, analytical services, marketing services that may provide you advertising on our behalf, bookkeeping, customer service, employment services, or social media services.
We will share your User Information, KYC Information, and Financial Information with our third-party identity verification platforms, Plaid and Astra. We will share your Financial Information and Payment Information with our financial transaction platforms, Plaid and Astra. Your Information Information provided to Plaid and Astra will be governed by Plaid’s privacy policy, available here and Astra’s Privacy Policy, available here.
We will share your User Information with the companies that you choose to invest in.
We may share your User Information and Usage Information on the Application with other registered users of the Application to inform the other users of the Application information regarding the other investment opportunities in which you have participated (not the amounts). You may opt-out of this sharing in your account settings.
We may disclose your Personal Information as required or appropriate by law, including to comply with legal process and to respond to requests from public and government authorities; to enforce our terms and conditions, including investigations of potential violations thereof; to detect, prevent, or otherwise address fraud, security, or technical issues; and to protect our operations.
We may otherwise share or disclose your Personal Information with your consent.
We may also share your Personal Information with a company that acquires our business, whether through merger, acquisition, bankruptcy, dissolution, reorganization, or other similar transaction or proceeding.
Your Choices
You may limit collection of certain of your Personal Information by not sharing it with us. However, it is important to remember that if you limit the collection of your Personal Information, the Services may not function properly, and we may not be able to respond to your questions.
Data Retention
We store your Personal Information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, but we will delete your Personal Information within seven (7) years from the date that you terminate your access and use of the Application unless continued use of your information is required to fulfill a purpose that was initiated prior to the end of the seven (7) year period.

These technologies may collect information such as your IP address, time of visit, whether you are a returning visitor, and any referring website. The information generated by Google Analytics will be transmitted to and stored by Google and will be subject to Google’s privacy policies. Do Not Track
Some internet browsers incorporate a “Do Not Track” feature that signals to websites you visit that you do not want to have your online activity tracked. Given that there is not a uniform way that browsers communicate the “Do Not Track” signal, the website does not currently interpret, respond to or alter its practices when it receives “Do Not Track” signals.

We may employ third-party companies and individuals to facilitate our Services ("Service Providers"), to provide the Services on our behalf, and to assist us in analyzing how our Services are used.
