Our website got a glow-up. "Getting the fun, fulfillment, and financial upside of Angel without having to make it a full-time job or roll up in a 💵 🚛 money truck” is alive and well. But September's focus is all about communities.
August Highlights
We did prototype testing with ~20 folks. Customer feedback is a rush.
One of our big assumptions turned out to be wrong - which was a huge win! It allowed us to remove some big complexity and cost from our MVP.
Folks leaned hard into the joy and storytelling, so we are unapologetically taking it to 11.
We tested a second Cap Tables & Cocktails session -- Angel from Your IRA -- with our fave community of operator-angels. This is a buzzy topic so we are hoping it's a good door opener for group outreach and a build-in-public motion this Fall.
ngl, moving a multi-player go-to-market model forward in the dog days of summer sorta sucks. While Jill and team are crushing on product, I was struggling a bit. TGIF - Thank goodness it's Fall because I am antsy to amp things up.
On Deck for September
Our goal is to lock down 3-4 marquee angel-curious communities and 3-4 new operator-angel groups to be part of our MVP this fall. We have strong intros into 75% of our top prospects and 40% are already leaning in hard, so we are on the right track.
Heads down building! Our financial backbone and integration with Sydecar is locked and loaded. We are working on the front-end experience to make deals come to life. And we are still on track for an October MVP. 🎃
