Edited Capital

The female-led private equity firm rewriting the narrative of venture and success for all stakeholders

Why Nicholas wrote the check
The GP asset class is one that I've wanted to partake in for some time. The arbitrage opportunities mentioned by the founders make sense and I think their strength is from their prior founder/operator experience. They're not "Finance". This is a strong differentiator for me and getting access to GP carry seals it.

ANGEL INVESTMENT · 2025
“Love what Play Money is doing - from curation to the social aspect, making angel investing fun! Angel List is good for its target market, but if you're not Silicon Valley or super entrenched in the community, it's not easy to navigate. Play Money is angel investing for the masses, and I'm here for it!”

WASTE MANAGEMENT · 2025
“Chuck Waste is that great mix of a service-based business dealing with tangible assets, plus a SaaS side to boot! The partnerships they have in place are great and it seems like clear skies ahead. Excited to see the progress Chuck Waste will have when they continue executing the plan in MI and expand into other states while continue to strengthen their strategic partnerships. For an Angel - this was is a no-brainer. Good luck team!”

Bumble for CPG Brands in search of Food Manufacturers

“The food manufacturing industry is a broken one. I've been a part of the insides of this monster with an international food company and selecting the right contract manufacturer is a nightmare for the brand/customer. Early adoption and success with 7-Eleven and others is a great sign. Also, prior exit by Vince with his successful start up, gives me confidence that they'll gain more traction and increase the user base. Also - shout out to Nguyen Coffee that's listed as a brand on board!”

“I invested because of the high growth the company is seeing in retail stores and they have a lot of room to run. I consider the valuation low for what the company has already been able to accomplish and really excited to see if they can hit profitability this year. Regardless of numbers, I love the founder's holistic approach to the brand, the product's source community, and mission. I'm going to start taking these to my kids' soccer games to spread brand awareness!”
