Raechele Smalls is a community builder and startup catalyst focused on advancing equity and capital access in overlooked U.S. regions.

She is the Director of Launch Blue Ventures at the University of Kentucky and a Venture Fellow at Hustle Fund.

Raechele’s previous roles include managing entrepreneurial programs at Lightship Foundation and supporting high-growth entrepreneurs at Endeavor.

She holds an MBA from Eastern Kentucky University and certificates from Stanford and Harvard.

Outside of work, she loves traveling, dancing, making music, spending time with family, and chatting all things self care + self-dev.
